Product characteristics

1. The overall frame is made of high-grade alumina as the main material, which is a combination of 30*30, 30*60,30*110 and 30*120 European standard aluminum profiles, and the thickness is not lower than 2mm
The splicing method adopts the three-point dislocation splicing method, the splicing gap is small, beautiful and firm, no clothes hanging
2. The belt thickness is ≥3mm.  PVC belt (gray), molded one-time forming partition is embedded and fixed on the welded T-shaped base, the partition is made of Taiwan ABS material, the position of the partition is adjustable.
3. Support under the belt: Two fluent strips are used to evenly support the belt operation. The material of the fluent strips is: aluminum alloy frame plus unpowered ABS rollers (standard parts), flow strips parameters: 1800*37*33(mm)
4. The assembly line has an independent control system, and the display and equipment data are independent.The control has ports that can be connected to each other (does not affect the assembly line when the display fails).  The assembly line is equipped with at least 4 sets of emergency stop devices.

6. Button setting
(1) The red button is: repair plus, each time you press, one piece will be added
(2) The green button is: repair reduction, each time you press, one piece will be reduced
(3) The keyboard is set on the inspection table
7. The inner side of the assembly line is equipped with 45° angle brush to prevent fiber dust from entering. The brush are installed reasonably without burrs.
8. Inner of the aluminum alloy is equipped with anti-correction device
Two special steel sheets formed at one time are installed at the left and right sides of the inner belt.
The smoothness of the surface treatment is like the bottom surface of skates, which is determined according to the length of the assembly line system, no seams, one-time molding, anti-offset tape.
9. Side sealing plate: cold-rolled plate not less than 1.2mm thickness with white color. It is made by pickling phosphate spraying processing technology.
10. Chute: The design of the chute should take into account the convenience of garbage on the conveyor belt to prevent garbage from accumulating in the assembly line.
11. The display adopts a 42-inch LCD display, and the display content must include style number, target output, cycle time, cycle output, actual output, repair rate, number of repairs, abnormal station quality, application for repairs, responsibility personal information entry, etc., and related information can be modified on the administrator computer
12. Process balance and production management software can be preset, RIDF station machine connectionPort position (data acquisition system)
13. The data transmission interface can be preset, and it can be connected to the computer for communication and automatic data collection and counting increase, collect, transmit, and realize the sharing of data with garment processing management software system. Facilitate production management query and monitoring, and implement digital production management. Can provide data docking ERP
