Temperature:about 35ºC-60ºC(According to different pickling process)
Time:Total about 30 minutes.
4.2.05:Rinsing-2
Purpose: Clean the wire rod after pickling to remove some residual acid and ferrous iron;
Medium: water from Rinsing-3
Temperature: Hot
Time: 0.5~1 minutes.
4.2.06:Rinsing-3&4
Purpose: Further cleaning the wire rod surface;
Medium: water from High pressure spraying-1;
Temperature: normal
Time: 0.5~1 minutes.
4.2.06:High pressure spraying-1
Purpose: To perform high-pressure washing on the inner and outer surfaces of the wire rod to remove residual acid and ferrous ions on the surface of the wire rod;
Medium: industrial water;
Temperature: normal
Time: 0.5~1 minutes.
4.2.07:Surface conditioning
Purpose: to remove most of the ferrous iron and iron compounds remaining on the surface of the wire rod after pickling;
Facilitate the formation of phosphating film with fine and compact grains;
Improve the adhesion of phosphate coating;
Medium: oxalic acid
Temperature: 30~60ºC
Time: 2~3 minutes.
