Product Description
The equipment adopts a unique "turnover door+pin-ended" to carry the wire rod working mode. Simply supported shaft (pin ended)is made of special alloy steel,and the main shaft has the function of automatic dispersing the wire ,it is composed of organic whole in the normal working with pin-ended(simply supported shaft), the design of simply supported shaft greatly improves the service life of the main shaft compared with cantilever shaft .It is also a patented product of our company (patent No. : 201620372463.5). In the process of shot, the device makes wire operate compound action of up and down + side to side + positive and negative rotation to achieve the effect of thorough cleaning. The reasonable arrangement of impeller head have resulted in effective blasting of steel shot in the inner and outer surfaces of wire,the machine is controlled by PLC, and the operation is convenient and reliable.

1. High-performance wear-resistant materials
(1) Wear-resistant parts of the shot blasting chamber - protected by high-wear alloy materials.
(2) Main wear-resistant parts of the shot blaster - made of high-chromium castings to extend their service life.
2. Efficient shot blaster
(1) Easy and convenient blade disassembly: The blades are inserted from the center of the impeller and fixed by centrifugal force generated by impeller, body ,without any fixing tools required for disassembly, making it simple and convenient.
(2) Eight are installed at the back and sides of the machine body, drive method has several advantages:
1) Reduces vibration.
2) Allows for adjusting the to requirements.
3) Extends motor bearing lifespan.
3. Rigorous sealing technology - The shot blasting chamber is welded with steel plates and structural steel to ensure sufficient rigidity and strength. The door adopts a labyrinth seal design.
4. Full-curtain shot residues separation system - This machine adopts an advanced full-curtain shot residues separation system with a manually adjustable mechanism that controls curtain thickness for optimal separation efficiency, achieving a separation rate of ≥99.9%.
1.Production time: 20-40 days or half years according to different type.
2.the time of installation and debugging: 10-15 days.
3.Installation and debugging: We will dispatch 1-2 technicians to help with machine installation and debugging, customer pays for their tickets, hotel and diet.
4. Warranty time: 12 months from date of debugging completion, but not exceed18 months from date of delivery.
5. Payment term: 30% as prepayment, balance 70% before delivery or L/C at sight.
6. English documents: including total installation drawing, pit design drawing, instruction book, circuit diagram drawing and notice, etc.

2.Arrange for engineer or skilled labour to installation and comissioning of equipment in overseas( except force majeure, inappropriate operation and the quick-wear parts ).
3.In order to ensure a good quality, every machine in the factory will be strict calibration and commissioning before they leave the factory.
4.We will direct the installation and operation of the equipment, and train operators for customer.
