This line includes coil loading car, uncoiler, levelling machine, front looper, slitting machiner, scrap winder, back looper, tensioner, recoiler, auxiliary support, coil unloading car, hydraulic system, electrical system and so on.
The whole production line adopts PLC centralized control, man-machine interface display, Siemens and other leading brands of electric control system, completely in accordance with the user's order quantity, the number of strip, different strip specifications, strip speed and other parameters free setting.
