Product Description
Advantage
(1) Lightweight And High Strength
The Relative Density Is Between 1.5 And 2.0, Only 1/4 To 1/5 Of That Of Carbon Steel, But The Tensile Strength Is Close To Or Even Higher Than That Of Carbon Steel, And The Specific Strength Can Be Compared With High-Grade Alloy Steel.
(2) Good Corrosion Resistance
FRP Is A Good Corrosion-Resistant Material, And It Has Relative Resistance To The Atmosphere, Water, And General Concentrations Of Acids, Alkalis, Salts, And A Variety Of Oils And Solvents.
(3) Good Electrical Performance
It Is An Excellent Insulating Material Used To Make Insulators. It Can Still Protect Good Dielectric Properties Under High Frequency. It Has Good Microwave Permeability And Has Been Widely Used In Radomes.
(4) Good Thermal Performance
FRP Has Low Thermal Conductivity, 1.25~1.67KJ/(M·H·K) At Room Temperature, Which Is Only 1/100~1/1000 Of That Of Metal. It Is An Excellent Thermal Insulation Material. It Is An Ideal Thermal Protection And Ablation-Resistant Material In Instantaneous Ultra-High Temperature Situation And Can Protect Spacecraft From The Erosion Of High-Speed Airflow Above 2000 ºC.
(5) Good Designability
Various Structural Products Can Be Flexibly Designed According To Needs To Meet The Requirements Of Use, And The Products Can Have Good Integrity.
Internal Structure Of FRP Vertical Storage Tank:
(1) Three-Layer Structure Of The Tank Wall In General, The Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Vertical Tank Wall Has Three Layers:
-Inner Lining. With Inner Frame And Airtight Function, The Thickness Is 2.5~3Mm.
-Strength Layer. Bearer Layer
-Outer Layer. The Thickness Is About 0.5Mm, This Layer Has The Effect Of Anti-Aging And Anti-Ultraviolet Radiation
(2) The Top Cover, The Top Cover Of The FRP Vertical Tank Should Not Be Too Thin, And The Load Is Usually Uniformly Distributed According To 1KPa. At The Same Time, The Vertical And Horizontal Cross Ribs Should Be Properly Arranged To Prevent The Top Cover From Partially Collapsing.
(3) The Thickness Of The Tank Wall, Due To The Liquid Pressure In The Tank, The Bending Stress Caused By The Wind Load, And The Compressive Stress Caused By The Self-Weight Of The Tank Change With The Height And Reach A Maximum Value At The Bottom, So The Tank Wall Gradually Thickens From The Top Of The Tank To The Bottom Of The Tank, The Wall Thickness At The Top Of The Tank Generally Does Not Exceed 5 Mm.
