Our factory has set up four process production workshop including "Stamping, Welding, Painting and Assembly" as well as an experienced R&D team. Adopting the industry's advanced OTC welding robot for welding, and own other high standard equipment like bending machine, grinding machine, milling machine, wire cutting machine etc. Painting workshop with pickling, phosphating, electrophoresis and a stoving varnish line. The assembly workshop has 4 advanced assembly lines, which fully realizes the modern production process. We can achieve an annual output of 100, 000 set electric tricycles.
We do have a professional QC team and perfect quality management system with ISO9001 certification so as to ensure that every tricycle produced is safe and reliable, providing excellent security for consumers' travel.
Q1:Do you support customized products?
A:Sure, we can produce the customized products per your drawings and other requirements.
Q2:What is the lead time of the product?
A: Generally 7-15 days after getting the deposit The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q3:How about the trading term and payment term?
A:We can discuss this individually.
Q4:How about the warranty term?
A:1 year warranty,offer FREE components under EXW shipped term.
Q5. What is your MOQ?
A: We do not have MOQ request. You can order just 1 sample car. However, additional packing and operating cost will be charged if delivered in LCL way.
Q6. Do you provide OEM service?
A:Yes, we do provide OEM service. However, we will require minimum 500 units vehicles yearly for OEM project.
