Container spreader is attached to crane by hook, the twist lock is controlled by lifting wire rope. There is no need for crane operator to articulated/decoupling. Easy installation and save more transformation time from the hook to container. It can work without electric and no need to update crane control circuit.
Applied to ISO container: 20ft, 30ft, 40ft, 45ft, 53ft.
Capacity: from 10t to 45t.
Ambient temperature: -20ºC ~ +45ºC
Twistlock: IOS floating twist-lock, driven by automatic spring.
Flippers Device: Unpowered fixed flippers.
