The pneumatic unloading carrier for green base of one piece toilet is used to turn the big size toilet.
The working principle as follows:
The clamping mechanism is composed of a case shell, a chuck, a clamping block and a clamping cylinder, the bottom is connected with the turning shaft by bolts. The force of the clamping cylinder drives the chuck to expand and contract through the clamping block to complete the clamping and loosening actions of the mold carrier;
The over-turning mechanism includes an over-turning shaft, an over-turning arm, a turning arm pin, a cylinder top arm and a swing cylinder. When performing an over-turning action, the cylinder rod of the swing cylinder extends or retracts, and the power is transmitted to the turning shaft through the turning arm pin and turning arm, which prompts the turning shaft to swing along the axis, thereby driving the clamping mechanism connected with the turning shaft to swing. Complete the flipping process;
The air control system includes a pressure reducing filter and an air control box. The decompression filter is used to adjust the pressure of the compressed air and filter out the impurities and moisture in the air to meet the requirements of use. Pneumatic logic components are arranged in the air control box. Five manual operation buttons are arranged on the outside of the air control box to control the clamping, loosing, turning up and turning back movements of the clamping mechanism and the turning mechanism. The middle one is the emergency stop button used for emergent stopping action when an accident occurs during the operation (for the use of the emergency stop button, please refer to "Use of Equipment").
