Specifications:

--The bath consists of solution storage bath (lower bath) and working bath(upper bath), whole sealed structure, at each ends(2 ends) there is water curtain, to prevent acid fume go out.

--The bath is equipped with electricity heater, start at beginning of production, when under normal production, the acid is heated by heat carried from hot steel wire, the wire temperature in pickling bath is adjusted by adjusting cold water flow. The heater is placed on assist-bath, convenient for maintenance and consider for safety.

--Use acid pump to achieve high turbulence to pickle the wire, acid is circulated to use, proper added.

--At water curtain outlet and bath outlet there are solution wipe device, to prevent to water carrying into pickling bath and acid carrying into water curtain bath. Enlarge the distance between wipe device and overflowing tank, improve the wipe effect.

--For bath, there is solution inlet, blowdown hole, overflowing hole and content gauge. The stainless steel plate is thickened at wire feeding part of pickling bath, extended to water curtain part.
