The medical isolation transformer built in ZWM-1/3P series system cabinet is designed for medical occasions that require high-efficiency and low-noise isolation power supply, as well as for noise-sensitive medical instruments and precision measuring equipment.

Design considerations:
1, ZWM- 1/3P series isolation power supply system, whether used in operating room, ICU, ICU ward or delivery room, must be designed with short-circuit protection and no overload tripping function.
2, The medical isolation transformer in ZWM-1/3P isolation power supply cabinet shall have the function of automatic heat dissipation and cooling. If the temperature does not drop, it shall have an over-temperature alarm to remind the electrician on duty for handling and maintenance in time to ensure electrical safety.
3,The insulation monitoring instrument must directly display the insulation value and the lower alarm limit, the voltage value after isolation, the upper and lower voltage limits, and the double temperature values. The first temperature is for starting heat dissipation system, and the second temperature is the upper alarm limit, and the insulation monitoring instrument is equipped with an audible and visual alarm, which can draw attention in case of failure.

5,Difference between UPS and medical IT system
UPS is the backup emergency power supply when the power of the normal power supply line is interrupted, and it can't prevent the leakage fault. When the load side of the common grounding system (YN-S) is with a grounding fault, no matter whether the system uses the UPS or the common power supply line, it can't limit the increase of the fault current. Only by adopting the IT system can the fault current be limited to the maximum extent, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting patients.
